Wow! That's about all I can say about the winter that just passed. The best winter in my lifetime (so the locals say - and I won't argue). Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the mountain with us; hope you had as much fun as we did, and look forward to seeing you next winter. That said, as of today we seem to have skipped spring and moved straight to summer (yes, I know there are still mammoth piles of snow in places - but 24 degrees!!) so we have already 'moved on' as they say. Calabogie Highlands is usually one of the earliest courses to open in the region (and one of the best imho) and although my golf is ....sub-par (pardon the pun) I intend to enjoy it and I hope you will as well. Mountain biking is already off to a good start and for those of you who enjoy breakneck speeds down mountain trails and over boulders....well.....good for you! (I'll wait at the bottom thanks).
